This is a big deal. We are expanding our 2 year warranty on sewn products and extending it to 5 years, retroactively. Meaning, even if you bought a piece of gear from us 5 years ago and something went wrong, we will make it right.
Why are we doing this? Well, we don't get a lot returns. So the data backs up our decision. And, It's the right thing to do by our customers.
So what's covered
- Seam failures
- Broken buckles
- Tabs tearing out
- Fabric delamination
What's not covered
- Normal wear and tear such as abrasion and tears due to use. However, most tears can be easily repaired using repair tape and we are willing to do this for you free of charge and anytime.
How to get a warranty claim started.
- Simply contact us and let us know what happened. You will also be asked to send photos so we can find the best solution. If we determine that we can not fix or repair your item, we may decide to replace it. We will work with you to to find the best solution.
