WARRANTY INFORMATION
At Hilltop Packs, we stand behind the quality and durability of our gear. All fabric-based products come with a 5-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If your item fails due to a manufacturing issue within that time, we’ll repair it at no cost to you. If it can’t be fixed, we’ll replace it.
Many of our Apex Giant metal and 3D-printed products are backed by a lifetime warranty, with the same commitment to quality and longevity.
Please note: Our warranties do not cover normal wear and tear from everyday use. Buyers are responsible for return shipping on all warranty claims. The 5-year warranty begins from the original purchase date and is not reset with repairs or replacements.
We know your gear is an investment, and we’re committed to making sure you get the most out of it. If something isn’t right, reach out to us—we’re here to help find a solution.
RETURNS
Not quite what you expected? Ordered the wrong size? No worries. You can return any unused items within 60 days for a full refund or store credit—your choice. (Buyer is responsible for return shipping.) We want you to love what you ordered, and we’re here to make sure you do.
USER REPAIRS
Like most ultralight sewn gear, normal wear and tear can often be easily repaired at home using ultralight fabric repair tape. If you're the DIY type, we’re happy to guide you through it.
Our goal is simple: we want you to keep using the gear you invested in. Reach out, and we’ll work with you to find the best solution—whether it’s a repair, replacement, or a little help along the way.
