Missed our Fall gathering? Don’t sweat it! We’re heading back to "The Hill" this April for another weekend of community, easy miles, and campfire stories. Whether you're a seasoned thru-hiker or testing out your first setup, come hang out with the Hilltop Packs crew.

Dates: Friday, April 10th – Sunday, April 12th, 2026

Location: Private Land near Waynesburg, PA (Link below)

The Trek: A breezy ~2-mile hike to the campsite. Low miles, high vibes.

🕒 Schedule & Logistics

The Convoy: We’re rolling out from the Hilltop Packs shop (1006 E Greene St, Waynesburg PA) at 2:00 PM on Friday. You’re welcome to follow us or meet us there!

Flexibility: Can't make the Friday start? No worries. Show up anytime Friday or Saturday. We’ll provide a map and an AllTrails link (below) to help you find the trailhead and camp.

Parking: Space is limited at the trailhead, so carpooling is strongly encouraged.
⛺ Life at "The Hill"
This event is hosted on a beautiful piece of private property that our generous friend has been developing for over three years. Let’s show them some love by being respectful guests.

Amenities: We’ve got you covered with firewood and water provided at the site.

Setup: There is plenty of room for both tents and hammocks.

Facilities: True backpacking style—no toilets here! Be prepared to dig a cat hole like the wild humans we are.

Exploration: Once you’ve dropped your pack and setup camp, feel free to explore the property's trail systems all weekend long.
✍️ Registration & Cost

Cost: $5 per person (goes directly to the landowner).

Hilltop Special: If you let us know you are coming by using the facebook event page, Hilltop Packs will cover your $5 fee! So its free :)

Waiver: All participants must register and sign a waiver before hitting the trail.
