If you've ever been part of a hiking club or trail crew, you know the deal. The work never stops, and the budget is always tight. Saws need sharpening, bridges need lumber, and somebody has to pay for the pizza at the volunteer workday.
The crew here at Hilltop Packs loves supporting local clubs and trail organizations. We wanted a simple way to give something back to the people who get others outside as well as the groups that keep our trails open.
How the Trail Club program works
Your club gets its own code. When your members use it:
- They save 10% on their order.
- Your club earns 10% of every sale made with the code.
That's it. Your members get a perk for being part of the club, and the club gets money for trail work, tools, events, or whatever you need.
Nothing for you to manage
We know club officers are volunteers with day jobs. Nobody needs another spreadsheet. Your club signs up through our affiliate program and gets its own dashboard where you can see every sale. Payouts are sent automatically once a month. You don't have to track anything, chase anybody, or fill out any forms once it's set up.
All you do is share the code with your members. Drop it in your newsletter, pin it in your Facebook group, or mention it at your next meeting.

Want something with your club's name on it? We print and sew everything right here in our shop in Waynesburg, PA. We can put your logo, trail map, or event design on:

Clubs use custom gear for volunteer thank-you gifts, trail race swag, raffle prizes, and member merch. It's a lot more useful than another t-shirt, and it actually gets used on the trail.
Who this is for
Hiking clubs, trail associations and conservancies, Appalachian Trail and long-trail maintaining clubs, outing clubs, university outdoor clubs, Scout troops, and trail races. If your group gets people outside and takes care of trails, we'd love to work with you.
Getting started
Head over to our Affiliate Sign-up page and sign up your club. It takes about two minutes. Use your club's name when you sign up so your members recognize the code.
