 Raven HEAVY Edition Backpack

The Raven HEAVY is a handmade, frameless backpack ready to put in some tough miles. The HEAVY version features heavy duty ULTRA 400X, Ultra 200, or Xpac VX21 fabric. Available in a 50 or 60 Liter (main body) versions. If you need a frameless backpack that can handle a harsher environments this is it.

BACKPACK COLORS

• Currently only available in Hunter Green, Black or White

PACK VOLUME OPTIONS

• Available in a 50 or 60 liter volume size. Please keep in mind, volume measurement includes the INTERNAL compartment of the main pack only. Side pockets ar 1 liter each and the front pocket is about 5 liters. With our design, your torso size will not affect your capacity volume. 

FABRIC / COLOR CHOICES

• Ultra 400x Hunter Green - This is some seriously tough stuff. But it comes with a weight penalty with a 50 liter starting arioundound 30 ounces
• Ultra 200 Black - This is the lightest option with a 50 liter coming in around 26 ounces.
• Xpac VX21 White - VX21 is a pack fabric favorite of many. Balancing extreme durability and weight. the 50 liter starts around 28 ounces.

ULTRALIGHT

• Even though we used a heavier fabrics this pack still comes in 26-34 ounces depending on options.

FEATURES

• Made of a heavier Abrasion Resistant fabrics
• All horizontal seams are taped for increased weather resistance. Vertical seams are double sewn and bias tape reinforced.
• Adjustable side pockets each hold up to 2x 1 Liter Smart Water Bottles.
• 3" Wide, comfortable shoulder straps with military grade grosgrain daisy chain.
• Front Pocket Open Air Polyester Mesh
• Bottom Stretchy Pocket (optional)
• Removable elastic cord tie downs on sides and front over pocket.
• Military Grade Grosgrain attachment points all around
• 37" Tall unrolled. The 50 liter is 12" wide and the 60 liter is 14 inches wide.
  
• Frameless. 
• Removable and replaceable fully padded hip belt. Change belt size anytime.
• Comfort rating total trail weight 25-30lbs. Max total trail rating 35-40lbs.
• Includes Load Lifters
• Includes 2 Ice Axe Loops
• Includes a Y top strap
• Bottom Stretchy Pocket optional (underneath the pack)
• 2x 1inch adjustable straps that can be moved around the pack to hold things like snow shoes and other gear.
• Includes 2 zippered side pockets for the things like keys, wallets and med kits.

BACK PADDING OPTIONS

• This pack insclides a sit pad that attaches to the back panel of the pack for added comfort
• Elastic cord tie downs to hold a sit pad are included. Easy to remove if not needed
  

SIT PAD

• A Sit Pad is included with this pack. 

Side Zipper Pockets

• This pack includes 2 size zipper pockets. They are shallow pockets meant for for the things like keys, wallets and med kits. Zippers are weather resistant zippers

• We also offer Hip Belt Pockets for both our 3" Padded Belts and our simple 1" Belt Straps. (Redesign Coming soon) 

FANNY PACK INTEGRATION

• Our Roll Top Fanny Pack integrates perfectly with all our backpacks.

TORSO SIZE

• Select your exact Torso size. When measuring if you feel you are in between sizes use the smaller number. For the best pack ride you are better off with a pack that's an inch smaller than an inch too big. Here is a link to someone else's guide to measuring torso size.

COSTS

• This pack is 1 price no matter the options. We decided to keep it simple. No mater the options or size you pick its the same price.
