Join us for a weekend of community, hiking, and campfire stories hosted by Hilltop Packs in Waynesburg, PA
Friday – November 7th
Hilltop Packs Open House: 11 AM – 4 PM
Tour our shop, meet the crew, and check out where your favorite ultralight gear is made.
What’s Smokin’ BBQ Food Truck: 11 AM – 2 PM
Free Pizza Party @ RGB Coffee: 6 PM – 8 PM
Live Entertainment at RGB: 5 PM – 8 PM
Overnight Options:
1️⃣ Camp at the Hilltop Packs parking lot 2️⃣ Sleep inside Hilltop Packs (limited spots) 3️⃣ Stay at a nearby hotel
Saturday – November 8th
Depart Hilltop Packs: 10 AM (25-minute drive to trailhead)
Begin Hike: 11 AM
Distance: ~3 miles to “The Hill”
Set Up Camp: 1 – 3 PM
Wood and water will be provided at camp. Spend the evening around the fire with new and old friends!
Sunday – November 9th
Hike Out: 11 AM - Stop by RGB Coffee on your way home for free coffee, courtesy of Hilltop Packs.

This event takes place on private land (900 acres). The owner has been developing trails and campsites for over three years. Please be respectful of our generous friend.

Cost: $5 per person (goes to the landowner). Hilltop Packs will cover this fee for anyone who pre-registers. Donations to the landowner are welcome but not expected.

Parking Passes (no charge): Required for cars parked at trailhead. These will be emailed to you.

Carpooling: Strongly encouraged—trailhead parking is limited.
Arriving Saturday? No problem! We’ll provide a map to the trailhead and campsite. -
Restrooms: This is backpacking, dig a cat hole like the wild humans we are.

Waiver: All participants must register and sign a waiver before hiking.
