- There will be about 1/2 to 1 inch loss around the edges as we sew it together. Allow for this.
- Our editor will fix any minor crop issues so your print is full bleed.

Photo Upload Stuck at 100% ?
This is usually caused by a file size issue. New cellphone cameras can create LARGE file sizes. Also taking photos with "portrait mode" or other filters on store extra data that doesn't play well with with our system. Solution: Use any photo editing software and edit the size of the file to the dimensions of whatever product you are ordering and set your resolution to no higher than 300. This should fix your problem.

I have several pieces from Hilltop Packs and have loved everything I've bought over the past 4-5 years. Great gear, but I'd never needed to rely on Customer Support before this order. I was trying to design a custom printed dry bag and just couldn't get it to work as i envisioned. I emailed them and was told to just send my photo, and very quickly I had a reply with a a pic of exactly what I was trying to create. Within a week, the bag was in my mailbox, and is absolutely beautiful. Amazing products AND support!
I love this bag!!! I got the pattern of my underquilt printed on it! It came out great!!! The underquilt fits perfectly. There will be room for a pillow.

Our dry bags came out perfectly. The photos printed perfectly. The bags are well made. The only thing I’d change at all is to make it easier to attach a carabiner, since we’ll be using them in kayaks and on a boat and well thus be attaching them so they don’t go overboard.
The ordering process is super easy and the bags come quickly. We also did custom fanny packs. I don’t think I was asked to review those, but they’re even better. The roll top is a brilliant change from the usual zippered packs, where the zippers sometimes come acropper. And the ability to get 4 liters of stuff into them is fantastic: on days hikes, I can get a small water bottle, my hygiene kit, a snack, my wallet and keys, and still have a bit of room left. Plus the wider strap works better. So glad 8 discovered Hilltop.
