If you believe your package is missing, we require a lost mail confirmation letter from USPS to process a replacement order. Please initiate a "missing mail search request" through the following USPS link (this must be done by you as it involves your local post office). Unlike Amazon, we lack the integration level with mail carriers to do this on your behalf. Once you receive the USPS confirmation (usually via email within a few days), please forward a copy to us so we can ship your replacement.

Note 1: Going to your local post office will not work. In most cases they will not be of any help. You MUST use the link below to start a formal request.

Note 2: You are NOT filing a claim for refund by the USPS. Only a "mail search request". That request will either find the missing mail or they will provide you with a letter stating they can't find it. Our insurance to cover that package will need that letter.
