Just what I have been looking for

I bought it for my son (moving up to adult-size backpack). He hasn’t used it yet, but it’s a good fit for the backpack strap and for the bear spray we carry. I feel better about him having the spray easily accessible if he ever needs it, especially since he wants to try solo backpacking soon. It’s a good product, the best I’ve seen, and I’ve been looking for years.

Exceeded My Expectations

The bear spray holder fits my pack perfectly. I like that there are different options for securing it to my hip belt or shoulder strap. The canister fits snug but it’s also easy to pull out. It exceeded my expectations!

Bear spray canister fits snugly in place and being able to clip to your shoulder strap is so much better than on your belt. Another amazing product by Hilltop Packs.

I bought both sizes on this to try out. The larger size is amazing for me (6’ 185lbs, big head). It’s honestly more comfortable than my $120 memory foam pillow. Small is too small for me but makes a great lumbar pillow.

Hilltop Packs Raven X 45 liter

As I was getting prepared for my first overnight hike of more than 15 miles in 25 years and after Ben weighed my current pack at 79 oz, He insisted on making me a new pack. Hence the Raven X. Weighs in at 28 oz and with other equipment from Hilltop packs, including water all in at about 22lbs. Hit the trail to the roaring plains wilderness area for a 2 day overnight hike! Can’t say enough about how this pack and all the equipment I got from hilltop packs performed.
