The customer service at Hilltop Packs is outstanding! I emailed them a question and they got back to me the same day. I wanted a customizable bag and wanted two different pictures printed on each side of the bag rather than the same picture on both sides. I emailed them the two pictures I wanted printed and they got back to me the next day to tell me they could comply with my request. The image quality printed on each side of the bag was superior! This is a company that bends over backwards to accommodate their customers. I highly recommend doing business with them.
I love it! The spork arrived sooner than expected. Admittedly, it’s a little pricey for what it is, but it’s definitely a luxury item and it’s really fun. Great gift.
